iPhone onboarding

Onboarding appears the first time you open Health.md on iPhone. It explains the local-first model and prepares Apple Health and a folder you control. Product analytics never includes health values, metric names, health dates, files, paths, credentials, or user text.

The five steps do not block progress. Health access and the folder can be skipped and repaired later. A purchase no longer blocks setup.

Five steps

1. Welcome: start setup or import a current Share My Setup file.
2. Health Access: connect Apple Health or choose to do it later.
3. Sample: review Markdown, JSON, CSV, or Bases and the optional Obsidian plugin link.
4. Folder: choose iCloud Drive, On My iPhone, an Obsidian vault, or another Files provider.
5. Ready: repair missing connections and open the first export preview.

After that preview closes, an eligible locked user may see one dismissible offer. Non-blocking reminders may also appear after the 3rd and 7th free exports. The hard limit remains 10 completed actions.

Permissions, metrics, folder, formats, names, profiles, scheduling, and Mac connectivity can all be changed later.
