Wear OS Companion (Planned)

The Wear OS companion is not included in the current Google Play release.
Current status
Section titled “Current status”- Google Play currently installs the Health.md phone app only.
- The phone app does not advertise a Wear capability, run Data Layer synchronization, or show Wear settings.
- The watch module remains in the source tree as unpublished preview work.
Target
Section titled “Target”Wear is targeted for the Android 1.10.0 qualification cycle. Exact Play-signed builds must first pass physical Pixel Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch checks. They must also pass battery runs, install, upgrade, reconnect, screenshot review, and independent release approval.
Until then, use the Android phone app for Health Connect exports, schedules, widgets, and Direct CLI pairing.
